This is a story about a dog saved from certain death in Florida. In this story, we have three unrelated animal species who technically do not speak each other’s languages, other than in a basic format of body gestures, working together to save a life. A dog is trapped in a canal. Seeing this, dolphins then alert humans, who pull the dog out to safety! This is an amazing story; is it not truly fascinating?

We are the only species actively killing other lives outside of the need for sustenance, self-defense, and nutrition. Is it possible to research other less intelligent animal species such as dolphins to learn how to suppress the ego? How can we develop into more primitive beings if that is what it will take for us humans to learn to love others?
