As caterpillars turn into butterflies, there is no record of baby butterflies in this seemingly consistent world. A butterfly lays eggs. Larvae come to life independent of the butterfly. Nature has designed for their growing needs to be met. There is no maternal care. There is no growth for a butterfly to this end-form from infancy to adulthood.
Certain natural anomalies are nature’s way of explaining the passage of life. Humans in the eternal afterlife of attaining the state of pure love energy will have no conception of childhood and growth as they transform into their final form through fusion into pure love energy.
The life of a butterfly is an example of life’s metamorphosis, a transformation. Life instinctively gravitates to the destined eternal energy with the aim of transforming the self through death into the everlasting and final form of the self in the state of pure love energy. Worldly desires and objectives of this lifespan prevent us from embracing this spiritual journey. The only way to ensure this attainment is by transforming unidirectionally toward spiritual purification. In this process, modifications cannot embrace impermanent and fleeting objectifications.
