If a panda hoarded more bamboo than it could eat while most other pandas around starved, we would quickly assemble and assign a team of scientists to determine what disease the poor hoarding panda was suffering from. When humans display this identical behavior, we idolize and praise them, rank their monetary achievement, and even reward this behavior.
Capitalism is the encouragement of disharmonious competitive behavior causing starvation and extinction to humans and animals with the added costs of a deteriorating environment and diminishing animal ecosystems.
